D.C. Circuit Appeals Court Refuses to Stay FCC Net Neutrality Rules

The federal appeals court hearing arguments challenging the FCC’s Open Internet Order and imposition of certain Title II regulations on Broadband Internet Access Services refused to grant a stay of the regulations set to take effect tomorrow, Friday, June 12, 2015.
