FCC Releases 2015 Form 499-A – Mandatory Electronic Filing Effective April 2015

SHARE
The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) released the (1) annual Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet, FCC Form 499-A (FCC Form 499-A) and accompanying instructions to be used in 2015 to report 2014 revenues, and (2) quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet, FCC Form 499-Q to be used in 2015 to report projected collected revenues on a quarterly basis.  Due to the de minimis nature of the revisions to the FCC Form 499-A and FCC Form 499-Q (FCC Forms) and accompanying instructions, the Bureau did not separately issue a Public Notice seeking specific comment on the revisions.
Forms and Instructions with proposed revisions are available below:

All 2015 Form 499s and Instructions will soon be available on USAC’s website at:  https://www.usac.org/cont/tools/forms/default.aspx

The only material change is the move to Mandatory Electronic Filing.  Beginning in April 2015, contributors are required to file the FCC Forms 499-A and 499-Q electronically.
