How?

Contact Jonathan Marashlian at jsm@commlawgroup.com for more information and to receive an invitation to the free webinar.

The FBI CALEA Implementation Unit is actively working with the FCC to bring enforcement actions against non-compliant Service Providers.  Much of their recent focus has been on next generation hosted solutions such as “PBX in the cloud” service providers.

This webinar will provide valuable information regarding CALEA’s successes and failures from a Law Enforcement perspective and what Law Enforcement is doing to address non-compliance in the market place.  The discussion will also include speakers that will address how to achieve Safe Harbor, the CALEA clause that keeps service providers in good standing with Law Enforcement.

Speakers include a former FBI Special Agent that was instrumental in passing the original CALEA Statute,  the Chairperson  for  ATIS,  the CALEA standards body,  and the  President  of Subsentio a leading Trusted Third Party serving both Law Enforcement and Service Providers.
