The Wireline Competition Bureau announced on March 1, 2013, the release of the annual Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet Form 499-A and instructions, to be used in 2013 to report 2012 revenues, and the quarterly Form 499-Q and instructions, to be used in 2013 to report projected collected revenues on a quarterly basis. The Bureau said it revised the forms and instructions as part of its annual update to provide guidance for complying with existing rules and requirements based on comments received, the Bureau’s experience in administrating the universal service programs, and explicit rulings by the FCC.
