All clients registered as an Interstate Telecommunications Service Provider (“ITSP”) and holding a 499 Filer ID must a file FCC Form 499-A (Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet) by April 1, 2009. In the Form 499-A, providers must report revenue derived from all sources, including regulated telecommunications services and non-regulated products and services, during calendar year 2008.
