Annual FCC regulatory fees for FY 2008 are due today, September 25, 2008, no later than midnight (11:59 PM). Pursuant to the FCC’s rules, it is not sufficient that a fee payment is postmarked by the deadline. Rather, payments must be received at the lockbox bank by the due date. The most convenient method for the payment of regulatory fees is through the FCC’s Fee Filer system, https://www.fcc.gov/fees/feefiler.html, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
