(“FY 2007 Regulatory Fee Order”), which was initiated in order to collect $290,295.160 in regulatory fees for Fiscal Year 2007 (“FY 2007”). Regulatory fees for FY 2007 must be paid no later than 11:59 pm on September 19, 2007.
